Butterfly Resting After The Rain

A heavy thunderstorm hit our home suddenly. One moment it was hot and bright. Then next moment, the wind was howling and rain poured down. After the rain, a butterfly rested on our orchid to dry its wings. Allowed me to capture a few shots.

It flew off after my last shot. Without a proper lens and with the light fading, this is the best shot I got.

Used to see quite a few of these butterfly years ago when I shot film. Nowadays, don't see them around so often.
